You contribute to our success. Every role has an impact on our patients’ lives and you have the opportunity to make a difference. We are looking for a dedicated Behavioral Health Sales Executive like you to be a part of our team.

Job Summary and Qualifications

In this role you will be responsible for developing growth strategies for our free-standing Behavioral Health hospital. You will handle business development for new sales and service activities for key accounts. In this role you will build and manage relationships with a variety of strategic partners such as physicians, schools, military, employers, etc. You will establish targeted growth objectives for the behavioral health service line responding to rapid business growth opportunities.

What you will do in this role:

  • Increase volume for the facility from all healthcare systems working in conjunction with the behavioral health sales specialists and generalists, Corporate, Division Leadership, and facility leadership, to develop and expand accounts.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with local and regional healthcare system leaders and continually explore new avenues to utilize the services at HCA facilities and business units.
  • Develop and implement training programs for HCA business units to facilitate communication and collaborative working relationships.
  • Develop strategic relationships with physicians, providers, first responders, schools and the community to impact care pathways.
  • Grow behavioral health outpatient programming by developing key partnerships.
  • Monitor and advise leadership on market or regional changes that serve as opportunities for growth or threaten current business accounts.
  • Develop materials to be used as collaterals in key initiatives in conjunction with the Marketing Team and the individual facilities in the Market.

What qualifications you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required, Master’s degree is preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in healthcare sales is preferred.
  • Experience in a hospital and/or behavioral health setting is preferred.
